Captain Jim listened in amazed silence while Gilbert said what he had come to say. Anne, who knew how the old man worshipped Leslie, felt quite sure that he would side with her, although she had not much hope that this would influence Gilbert. She was therefore surprised beyond measure when Captain Jim, slowly and sorrowfully, but unhesitatingly, gave it as his opinion that Leslie should be told.
AN ASS climbed up to the roof of a building, and frisking about there, broke in the tiling. The owner went up after him and quickly drove him down, beating him severely with a thick wooden cudgel. The Ass said, "Why, I saw the Monkey do this very thing yesterday, and you all laughed heartily, as if it afforded you very great amusement."The Fox and the CraneAnne's imagination pictured forth so vividly the coming degeneration of her dear little house that it hurt her as severely as if it had already been an accomplished fact. She sat down on the stairs and had a long, bitter cry. Susan found her there and enquired with much concern what the trouble was.

Nintendo has decided to give me a massive anxiety attack and announce that tomorrow at 2pm UK time (that's 6am PT or 9am ET for American readers) there'll be a short Direct focused on Pokemon news.

How short? 7 minutes, to be exact. And what Pokemon news? No idea. Literally nothing. Nintendo hasn't given anything away - not what Pokemon game it's about, nor which platform it's coming to. So thanks for that, Nintendo.

Tune in on 27/02 at 15:00 CET for roughly 7 minutes of new information in a livestreamed #PokemonDirect presentation.? https://t.co/ubR7JgMNIx pic.twitter.com/gn6L9uJlEE— Nintendo of Europe (@NintendoEurope) February 26, 2019 So instead, let's read way to much into the tweet above! Here's my guess - we're looking at a brand new Pokemon game there. You've got three Poke Balls in the image, and as you may know, each Pokemon game comes with three Starter Pokemon to choose from. Makes sense, right?

As for platforms, I'm going with the Switch. We already know that Nintendo is working on a "proper" Pokemon RPG for the hybrid console (despite Let's Go! being about as "proper" a Pokemon game can get), so it would make sense that we're looking at a big, shiny new game for the console.

Or - and hear me out - maybe it's a full-on Pokemon game for mobile. The length of the Direct certainly suggests we won't be getting that much info about it, and Nintendo has enjoyed being a bit cagey about its mobile releases in the past. So you never know, really.

Or it's all just a big joke and what's actually being announced is some DLC for Pokemon Let's Go! or a major update for Pokemon Go or something. We literally have no way of knowing. I mean, I could ask, but they'd just ignore my emails.

Tune in tomorrow morning/afternoon and find out with us what the hell is actually being announced. And why not drop your thoughts in the comments below? I for one would heartily welcome a Pokemon Snap sequel.

Enswathed and sealed to curious secrecy.Straws show how the wind blows.
Ske6’s Kotodama Diary on iOS and Android is now available worldwide in the English language.

It’s a pet growing game where you give words to kotodummies to make them grow, and their bodies change differently depending on which words they eat. Perhaps they’ll turn up cute, or cool, or maybe monstrous. You must choose the words you like best and try to collect as many kotodummies as possible. You can collect them, play with them, or just simply stare at them.

You do all of this in a room you decorate to your liking, such as buying furniture to add a bit of home comfort to the place, or choosing what wallpaper and flooring you’d like to look at all day long.

Kotodama Diary is very cute, and it’s developed by Ske6 which is a three-person indie game studio from Japan. It originally released on the iOS App Store and Google Play about a year and a half ago but did not receive a wide English release. When users began asking the studio if it could localise the game and release it worldwide, the studio got to work with the help of its publisher Polaris-x Inc. to bring it to a larger audience.

Being a game about playing with words, obviously this was a tremendous task for the team to ensure that Kotodama Diary’s writing wasn’t just simply translated into English but was also adapted to ensure the cultural references and puns were able to be understood by an international audience.

You can download Kotodama Diary now from the iOS App Store or Google Play for Android. It is a free to play title with adverts and in-app purchases.
Good tidings we bring to you and your kin, as Jupiter lists five top Android games to play this festive season.

That th' unexperient gave the tempter place,A FAMISHED WOLF was prowling about in the morning in search of food. As he passed the door of a cottage built in the forest, he heard a Mother say to her child, "Be quiet, or I will throw you out of the window, and the Wolf shall eat you." The Wolf sat all day waiting at the door. In the evening he heard the same woman fondling her child and saying: "You are quiet now, and if the Wolf should come, we will kill him." The Wolf, hearing these words, went home, gasping with cold and hunger. When he reached his den, Mistress Wolf inquired of him why he returned wearied and supperless, so contrary to his wont. He replied: "Why, forsooth! use I gave credence to the words of a woman!"
